Shipping Policy

All orders are processed upon receipt of a valid contract agreement. Universal Way ensures that product availability and timelines are clearly communicated during the contracting process.

2. Delivery Location

Our products are available for worldwide delivery, except where restricted by international export control regulations.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided during the contracting phase. These may vary based on logistics, customs processes, and customer-specific requirements. Universal Way will provide regular updates on delivery status and notify clients of any changes promptly.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by weight, volume, destination, and shipping method. These charges will be detailed within the contractual agreement.

5. Inspection

Customers may request a Third-Party Inspection (TPI) before shipment. Universal Way guarantees the quality of its products and fully supports TPI inspections for customer confidence. Costs associated with inspections are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Damage During Transport

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged during transport, the customer must immediately notify both Universal Way and the shipping carrier. We will assist in resolving such issues in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.

Returns Policy

1. No Returns After Contract Finalization

Once a contract is executed and products are shipped, returns are not accepted. Universal Way ensures that all shipments comply with strict quality standards, and clients are encouraged to request a TPI inspection before dispatch.

2. Quality Guarantee

Universal Way stands behind the quality of its products. Any disputes regarding product quality will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and resolved in accordance with the contractual terms.

3. Cancellations

Order cancellations are not accepted once the contract has been signed and manufacturing or procurement has begun.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may only be made at the discretion of Universal Way management, depending on the specifics of the agreement.
